Welcome to Game Over Gaming Van! We are a mobile gaming van that brings the gaming experience to you. Based in Bedfordshire we cover most of Home Counties. Our van is equipped with the latest gaming consoles and games, and we offer a wide range of gaming experiences for all ages. We bring the fun, all you need to provide is some electric points (we just need two standard plugs to hook the van up too) if you can't do this please let us know in advance and we can arrange a generator to cover your party (small fee applicable).

Will somebody stay with the gaming van?Yes! We'll have someone on hand for the duration of your use of the gaming van, on hand to support with any queries from "How do I use a console" to the more complex "How do I complete this level" we're happy to help and ensure you and your guests get the most out of your time with the van.

What is the age range for the Gaming Van?Any age from 7+ is able to use the Gaming Van (for very boring insurance reasons). As a default we give access to all games so when making enquiries please let us know if you'd like to apply an age limit.

Does an adult need to be in attendance if it's for a kids party?We just need an adult to be nearby in case of emergency, but the joys of the gaming van is you can relax!

How do I know if my house is suitable for the van?Our Van is a large car in width and approx. 2 cars long in length. We need enough space for our large van to park safely on level ground, we can park on quiet roads as long as we don't block any traffic and can safely run a cable to your house. (We have 30 metre electric cables) Our Game Over Gaming Van team are more than happy to discuss your suitability for parking if you have any questions.

Where are you based?Game Over Gaming Van are based in Bedfordshire, we cover Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire & Northamptonshire Areas.

How many Playstations do you have?Game Over Gaming Van has 5 Playstation 5's with 2 controllers for each.

Do you have Racing Simulators?We have 2 Racing Simulators connected to 2 Xbox Series X. They're fully adjustable so can suit children and adults of most heights.

Do you allow food and drink in the van?We don't, no one like's sticky controllers! We ask that there's no food and drink in the van. We can provide a table to go under our awning if you wish to provide drinks/snacks for outside of the van.

Is your outdoor screen covered?Game Over Gaming Van has a fantastic large outdoor screen which allows up to 6 people to play on it with a covered awning so you can play on it come rain* or shine. *If it's particularly thundery or windy we might not be able to get the awning out for safety reasons.

Is this suitable for non gamers?Yes! Game Over Gaming Van love isn't just for gamers! We have a Karaoke machine we can bring on request, but we find our friendly approach and variety of games and consoles, Playstation, Xbox, Racing Sim's (Simulators), Switches and VR head sets are all available so we're guaranteed to find something you'll love!

Do you have Xbox Series X?Yes we have 2 x Xbox Series X in the van, they're connected to our racing simulators. Guaranteed to be a hit for your gaming van party!

Can the van work if I don't have plugs near my house?We can! Game Over Gaming Van can bring a generator, we have to charge extra for this as we do hire this.

Can you provide gaming van parties during the week?Yes! We love parties at Game Over Gaming Van and will work around your schedule, we'll always try and work with you to make any event a success. If it's an after school party we normally ask to start at 6pm but if you want an in the day party we can work with you to make it happen!

Do you do weddings?At Game Over Gaming Van, we love weddings! We’re happy to work with you to plan your event and we can be there for as long as you need. How much do gaming vans cost?Game Over Gaming Van does a minimum of 1.5 hour parties which costs £240, 2 hours hire is £290. If you want to have us for longer we often can, just request on the contact form.
